Mitch’s work on this project earned him recognition on Crain’s Business’ “Rising Stars: 40 Under 40” in 2004.
Disney Springs

The revamped and reimagined Downtown Disney is now a one-of-a-kind attraction for dreamers of all ages. Disney Springs offers over 150 extraordinary shopping, dining, and entertainment experiences that rival the parks. As the second-most frequented tourist destination in New York City, the terminal generates over $200M in revenue yearly. Mercato
Naples, Florida
Mercato embodies a harmonious blend of Naples’ vibrant culture and luxury. The 350,000-square-foot multiplex delivers a relaxing experience for guests. Mercato’s streets are lined with local Floridian stores and eateries along with internationally acclaimed franchises.
