One of the most notable buildings in New York is a nexus of business, shopping, and living. The Time Warner Center has 350,000 square feet of retail space, with over 68 shops and 35 restaurants. Mitch’s work on this project earned him recognition on Crain’s Business’ “Rising Stars: 40 Under 40” in 2004.
Disney Springs

The revamped and reimagined Downtown Disney is now a one-of-a-kind attraction for dreamers of all ages. Disney Springs offers over 150 extraordinary shopping, dining, and entertainment experiences that rival the parks. As the second-most frequented tourist destination in New York City, the terminal generates over $200M in revenue yearly. Mercato
Naples, Florida
Mercato embodies a harmonious blend of Naples’ vibrant culture and luxury. The 350,000-square-foot multiplex delivers a relaxing experience for guests. Mercato’s streets are lined with local Floridian stores and eateries along with internationally acclaimed franchises. The all-purpose establishment displays greenery, photo-op locations, and an extensive event calendar throughout the year.
